Bogotá-Aalsmeer. The long journey that flowers take to reach us is unknown to most people. How many individuals have put in the effort to grow, process, transport, and distribute them until they arrive in our hands and homes.
Not only we must appreciate every stage of the life of a flower, but also all the labor and resources spent for a single stem come and bring beauty into our lives.

Crazy how it's already been a year since I was at @ensohouse for an artistic residency. I had the pleasure to be given the space and time in this really inspiring place where I could reflect on other possible ways to conceive my work. Apart from immersing deeply in a creative mode, I was pleased to be surrounded with great people and memorable views. Now that summer is almost done I catch myself wishing to go back to these magical days by @estudioseiva

Having a potter as partner is probably a big perk and dream in a florist's life. After years of partnership as a couple, I'm so happy to have finally come up with a project hand in hand with @maxladams

Our first vase shape was developed with both our creative inputs and crafted by him. This design collaboration, a custom made piece for a client would not have been possible without great support from @sofiaceramics

I couldn't be more pleased with the results and can't hardly wait to merge our skills again on more upcoming projects. by @estudioseiva

1. The editorial: Playing with my leaves, a dark dramatic and moody composition (completely influenced by my friend @haus_of_ninja )
