We’re always chasing the next thing.

The next experience. The next breakthrough. The next achievement. More stimulation. More growth. More.

But we need both.

We need the plus to experience, expand, create and live.

And we need the minus to slow down, process and integrate.

Sometimes integration is nothing more than going for a walk without a three-hour podcast in your ears. Sitting in silence. Doing absolutely nothing for a while.

Not every empty space needs to be filled.

We need both. -/+

Have you ever asked yourself why you’re always on time for your job and do everything to help your boss achieve their goals and dreams?

And what about yours?

The dreams that quietly fade into the background of your mind.
Or maybe they’re not quiet anymore.
Maybe they’re screaming.

“I’ll do it tomorrow.”

When things are perfect, I‘m less stressed and i have more time.

But one day you realize that tomorrow became years.

And suddenly you’re sitting in the shit hole.

It’s time for -structure+ so tomorrow becomes today.

Ironically, everything since making this video has been almost the opposite of structured. But chaos isn’t sustainable.

This is a reminder to myself to get back to -structure+. by @esx.sasha

-silence+

Silence feels almost like a luxury good nowadays. Everything is so fast. Constant stimulation, constant noise, and somehow there is never enough time to just rest.

When I was in the hills of Albania for a week, I could hear all the different animals at night. I would just sit outside, alone with my thoughts, and feel how calming it was.

That’s what my spirit is actually craving.

Not more. There is already more than enough.

Too much plus.

I crave more minus.

More simplicity.
More stillness.
More silence.

Everything grows from silence.

The solution might not be to get more and do more. Maybe it is simply to let go of the noise around us. by @esx.sasha
