A wedding planner’s heart beats with passion for love stories. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of turning dreams into reality, creating unforgettable moments for couples embarking on their forever journey. With 9 years of experience, I’ve navigated the beautiful chaos of wedding planning—solving last-minute hiccups, managing countless details, and ensuring my couples feel supported every step of the way.

Every wedding planner brings a unique approach to the planning process; we all think differently, process information in our own way, and have distinct personalities. That’s what makes this industry so special—there’s a perfect planner for every couple!

I’m Mariela Beatriz, a destination wedding planner based in Puerto Rico. Throughout my career, I’ve been fortunate to travel, create, and be part of love stories both internationally and across the U.S. Bringing wedding visions to life in different places has been a dream come true.

At my core, I am kind, supportive, and deeply caring. I don’t just plan weddings…I create lifelong memories, ensuring each celebration is a heartfelt reflection of my couples’ love. While I pour my heart into my work, I also strive for balance, finding joy in life’s simple moments…flowers in bloom, golden sunsets, the dance of shadows, and a couple of baseball games throughout the year while my fiancé works. The warmth of a chai latte, the freshness of a lemonade, the beach, and the comfort of a good book also bring me peace. Through it all, my confident companion, Punky, is always by my side, bringing love and joy to my journey.

As I continue this path, I look forward to more love-filled moments, meaningful connections, and the privilege of being part of stories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

Llega octubre, nuestros primeros 5 años de casados y volvimos a vestirnos como aquel día. Hoy es el mismo “sí”, pero dos personas que han vivido, crecido y cambiado muchísimo desde entonces.

Este día, la ropa no tiene que estar intacta, por que un matrimonio tampoco se trata de mantener todo perfecto. Se trata de vivirlo. De crecer, cambiar, atravesar temporadas y seguir escogiéndonos en cada una de ellas. Dicen que los cinco años son las bodas de madera, simbolizando raíces que han crecido, una estructura que se ha fortalecido con el tiempo y algo que, aunque lleva las marcas de los años, permanece firme.

Así que aquí estamos. La misma ropa. Dos versiones diferentes de nosotros. Cinco años más de aventuras, aprendizajes, cambios, viajes, días buenos, días difíciles y una vida que hemos ido construyendo juntos. No exactamente como éramos aquel día, sino como somos después de todo lo vivido.

Y qué bonito mirar atrás y encontrarnos aquí. 🤍
