As high season in Baja California Sur begins to close, the air becomes more humid, the sun peaks and storms brew out at sea. We will close down ETÉREO's basecamp AIRE LIBRE from mid July to September, taking an important pause in the work. ⁠⁠Our 9 month calendar year is one of deep dedication and movement at a pace of intensity and strength. SACRED WOOD ~ through the eyes of a very brave guest at one of our annual eboga retreats. We hold 4-5 open containers each year at our beautiful partner venue @proyectopalmita 🌴 working with the sacred wood of West equatorial Africa all the way on the Tropic of Cancer in Baja Sur. But we must remember that what actually shapes the experience is everything around it.Our program is held through an integrated ceremonial, therapeutic, and medical approach, by a team with collective decades of experience. ETÉREO x Proyecto Palmita 🌵🌴 We feel deeply grateful to be in relationship with this land and the space that holds our longer format ib•ga work.12 private rooms that offer real privacy and space to turn inward on recovery days. An open-air palapa that becomes our temple and gathering space. A fire pit where the ceremony begins, and a quiet 15-minute walk through the Pescadero farmlands to the ocean.As we continue raising for our own build, Palmita has become a true bridge, a place where our 8-day ib•ga containers can land and unfold with care.Chosen intentionally for the level of privacy, quiet, and support it allows us to hold.For now, this is where we meet the work. @proyectopalmita by @etereo__baja
