Here’s the story behind this incredible piece:
“Behind the mountain” is the title of this concept fanart, which was inspired by one of Ethan’s all-time favorite car games, Forza Horizon 2. The artwork holds special meaning for him, as it marks his first two years in the world of 3D modeling.

The inspiration for this piece came from Ethan’s childhood dream — back in 2014, when he played Forza Horizon 2 on Christmas Eve, sparking a deep admiration for cars and the world of 3D design. This fascination led Ethan to pursue a 3D/VFX course at @new3dge, where he began honing his skills and pushing himself to reach new creative heights.

During his journey, Ethan found inspiration in the work of @ashthorp, which further motivated him to challenge himself and enhance his work. The creation of this piece was a chance for Ethan to combine his love of video games, his 3D artistry, and his personal story into one stunning work.

This project was more than just a learning experience. It was an opportunity for Ethan to combine his childhood dreams with his present skills, creating an environment that brings the open-world freedom of cars to life.
