I wanted to give a shout out to my friend and client @ethanevans80 for his progress over the past 8 weeks before he heads back to OTAs ⬇️

- Ethan lost 20 pounds

- Dropped 4% body fat

- Added several pounds of muscle

- Made awesome improvements to his training endurance focusing on hypertrophy training this offseason

He’s been extremely locked in on his diet an training plan and even fit a wedding and honeymoon into the mix.

Super proud of this guy and grateful to have him with us here at @nolimitsfit

Looking forward to watching this guys much deserved success in LA next season ✅
