10 years ago exactly to this date my life changed forever, I hit rock bottom. I’ve never publicly talked about it because I was ashamed who I was but now I’m proud of who I am. In 2014 I was pulled over in a different state, arrested and starring down the barrel of 2 felonies and years in prison. Prior to my arrest the person I was had habits that if continued would have eventually left me dead or hopeless. I was drinking every single day mostly to the point of black out, smoking weed all day, and partaking in other activities that are better staying off social media…. I thought my life was over. When I was being arrested there was a moment where I was on the side of the road unattended by the police and I saw a big semi driving 70mph towards us. I made the decision I was going to jump in front of it and end my life… what a WEAK fucking mindset to have. But in a split second I thought about the pain it would bring to my Mom so I decided I’d rather be living as a pathetic loser than dead (I get really emotional reliving this moment). **I had a lot more about my journey written but IG caption is limited on amount you can put. 10 years later I am married to my unbelievably amazing wife Marianne who I met on that very same sales floor (she couldn’t touch me with the sales though!! - we are both pretty competitive lol), we run 2 businesses together, own over 5M+ of single family/2 family real estate with a 6 figure passive income portfolio and completed 140+ wholesales/rehabs, and despite how cliche and cringe it sounds have achieved the title as “millionaire” If you could see 10 years in the future would you be proud of the person you see? The Ethan 10 years ago would cry and wouldn’t believe who he is today if he met the Ethan today Time to hit the cold plunge, crush the day, and make sure the next 10 years are just as amazing 🫡✌🏼 #redemption #lifechanging #personalgrowth #becomingbetter #newme #growth #change #thejourney by @ethankawelo
You can’t make this stuff up. Every house has a story, you can ask my attorney office I’m too soft and go above and beyond way too often. This property we bought and I allowed them access to clean out belongings AFTER closing (don’t follow this advice 🤦‍♂️). Come to find out that they left their mom’s ashes of all things!!! Then the guy pops in mid video shoot haha luckily it all got solved. A lot more to this story that I won’t share on but wow… real estate is a trip #RealEstateInvesting #PropertyInvestment #InvestmentProperty #RealEstateWealth #CashFlowProperties #ROIInvesting #RealEstateROI #PassiveIncomeInvesting #realestateportfolio #investinginproperty #profitablerealestate #WealthBuildingProperties #realestate #realestatefunny #realestatestyle #interiordesign #fixnflip #houseflipping by @ethankawelo
Real estate advice for the non experienced number 3/3 (I skipped 2 for now because I like this one better) I sped up the video so it’s under 3 mins. I talk fast but not this fast 🗣️⏩ Lesson: Just take the deal. Stop analyzing yourself out of successful positions. While you allow every crumb to prevent you from taking action, there’s another you out there who is taking action despite the fears accelerating at a pace where they blow past you. Crush the fears and doubts you have and act with purpose and conviction. Lose ➡️ Learn a lot ➡️ Small loss ➡️ Learn more ➡️ Win ➡️ Learn more ➡️ WIN BIG ➡️ Success and Learning more again F - False E - Evidence A - Appearing R - Real #realestate #realestateinvesting #fearoffailure #pokémon by @ethankawelo

I remember when this Album came out. I was 9 years old and you couldn’t go anywhere and go an hour without hearing “Two trailer park girls go round me outside, round me outside, round me outside!!” - Such a weird time 🤣 It wasn’t until a little older when I got into the rest of the album and really appreciated and fell in love with it. Growing up around this time and this generation you can’t really put into words how big Eminem actually was. EVERYBODY knew someone who bleached their hair It’s hard to believe that I lived in the thick, smack dab in the middle of one of the most generational albums of all time. I always had a little envy hearing how people grew up in times where Thriller was “Brand New” or Queen released a new song. Not comparing them to Eminem lol but didn’t realize that I had one of those moments. I’m sure there’s kids now that think “Wow this was Eminem in 2002? I wonder what it was like to be around when that was playing on the radio.” 34th highest selling album of all time? That’s hard to wrap my head around. There was nothing like Eminem songs before him and there hasn’t been anything close since as well. There’s a million reasons why this album should be worth 5 Figures in the future so for now it’s going in the vault until that day. Oh yeah and right now I have the only AMG graded copy of this FACTORY SEALED special edition 1st press on earth 🫡 (That will change but I can at least hold that title for now) ***Correction @highendgarrett has the top pop and I never held the title lol #eminem #theeminemshow #firstpressing #withoutme by @ethankawelo
Resident Evil Gaiden Gameboy Color 2001 Release Year Grade: PSA 9.6 A+ Pop Report: Total: 27 A++ Seal: 6 Top Pop: 9.8 A++ (4 total) # of 9.6 A+: 10 total I picked the name AvidFinder because I don’t limit myself to only finding Video Games or collectible opportunities. The pictures in this post are of an actual house I bought recently. In Real Estate I am always looking to find the next deal - the one that is discounted, overlooked, and has future value add. I thought this house was a great back drop for this game. This house the floor caved in and fell into the basement. It was full top to bottom of trash and actual 💩. Bugs and animals roaming free throughout. It reminds me of what a lot of houses might look like in a Zombie Apocalypse. PS - This game is SEVERELY undervalued in a sealed graded perspective. The CIB price is currently half of what I paid for a 9.6 A+ graded copy which is what I would say is the mid range of a “Great conditioned copy”. There is only 27 (PSA only) to be graded in existence and I ONLY paid double of what a CIB used copy is….. buy buy buy buy buy S Tier IP btw Don’t stay on the sidelines and have dead money! 🧟💰 #residentevil #gameboycolor #psagraded #collectibles by @ethankawelo
