Concept for Chat, a conversational AI built into macOS, iOS, and visionOS. Apple Chat is an LLM fine-tuned on user data, making it faster and easier to find what you need when you need it. Traditional file search is unintuitive as it relies on increasingly dated abstractions and prerequisite interface knowledge. Perspectival head tracking, real time in #unity. Trying different “frames” to see how they influence the illusion of depth. Got a lot more work to do, but I’m happy with the start. Something I’ve been trying to get working for a few years now.

This isn’t a new technique (I first came across Johnny Lee Chung’s Wii sensor version from 2007 a few years ago and have been working on it off and on ever since), but it fell to the wayside in the mainstream.
•
In just the past few months while working on this I’ve noticed a huge resurgence in this technique by great artists doing amazing work like @mpkoz, @refikanadol, @moonharvey.

Got a lot of stuff planned using this as a foundation. Very excited to be up and running and to be part of the conversation.

Splatted a few of the #openaisora examples in @luma_ai as a proof of concept of 3D reconstructions of hallucinated spaces & landscapes. Interesting potential here for immersive experiences, game design, architecture, etc.

With some more control over art direction and camera path, this could be an interesting intermediary before text-to-3d has its big moment. by @ethanproia

Redesign idea for the @alef_aeronautics_inc website. I swiped the media and copy from the existing site and updated the feel with some clean animations, interactions, and fullscreen video and images to show off Alef's renders.
