STRANGERS - BTS - PT 2

Yeahhhhh I’m not done lol.

To Annika and Chloe- Thank you for fitting up Michael and Chaney to look absolutely FLY in this film. Yall ate down and cannot wait to work with you both again.

To Beka- Thank you for always being ready when the call comes in! You provided me with my vision in real life. Thank you and it is always a pleasure with you on set.

To Harry, Gabby, and Izzie- Yall are the most passionate and dedicated freshman I’ve ever met. When I met you on YWMLH I knew I had to bring you onto this film. You all work with such effort and I cannot wait to see where you all go in your careers.

To Allie- Thank you for the best scripty notes a director could ask for! We have you hell with two cameras and you welcomed it with grace. You the best dawg, keep going.

To Sam and Maci- Thank you for all of your hard work. Sam, you stuck with me all through my senior thesis and I am grateful you were here for it all. Maci, thank you for capturing such amazing content and supporting this film as much as you have! Yall the best.

oh “strangers” how I love you.

@strangerstheshortfilm has been something on my mind since this past july when @ethanwebbers brought me on to this thesis. I immediately knew with this project, this was something I wanted to pour my little actress heart and soul into, and I’m so glad I did. 💙

A story of love, loss, and change in a relationship, I couldn’t have done it with an amazing director (@ethanwebbers), the best co-star (@michael_crocetti), and the most amazing crew

every late night rehearsal, tears shed, laughs shared, and freezing temperatures, I am so excited to get to share this project some day with everyone!

If you could travel in time back to the past and prevent your biggest heartbreak, would you? ⏳

STRANGERS - BTS - PT. 1

I’m not usually one for long captions but these people deserve every bit of it. Everyone you see here, and more, put all of their time, talent, and energy into a short film I wasn’t sure was possible. A short film that means a great deal to me; a story that was necessary to share with the world.

To Chaney and Michael- Thank you for giving yourselves to this film and sharing your raw talent with us. The performances you gave will forever be remembered. Hands down the best cast I’ve had the honor of directing. Thank you.

To Sam R. and his entire team- Thank you for making this film look as beautiful as it does. Sam, you took my vision and merged it with yours to create such a vivid visual story. I’ve never seen such great cam ops in my life who I trusted every step of the way. From G&E to Cam Team, from Noah Sacks to Nate Glerum, you all made this possible.

To Yoni, Jackson & the Sound Team- You all were a pleasure to work with and helped me every step of the way to get to the best damn audio I’ve ever had. Thank you for your time and dedication to this film.

To Ms. Catie Miller- Dawg. Thank you. I came to you and said I need a time machine that’s never been seen before and you delivered. Not only can you read my mind better than me, you knew what was right for this story at every turn. Your designs, work ethic, and passion inspire me every day. Thank you.

To Ms. Rose Eckes, the best producer in the world- I don’t know what to say. You stuck with me through all the ups and downs of my Senior Thesis. What was going to be a music video trilogy turned into the best film I’ve ever made. You believed in me at times I didn’t believe in myself. You pushed me to get the best story I could and I am forever grateful. We did it :)
