School's finally over, and I'm not sure how to feel. A part of me wants to look towards my future and never look back. I feel that I have metamorphasised into many different people since September almost 5 years ago. I was and still am a very solitary person, and I have found myself often on my own whether surrounded by others or not, and I'm still not sure if this has been a positive or negative trait of my own.

The other half tells me to be incredibly sad, and that the fact that I'm leaving this place almost without a trace of me being here, going to a college on my own, and the fact that I've probably seen many people for the last time today.

But I'm unsure.

One thing I am sure of is that I am immensly proud of myself nonetheless. Over the past two years I have immensly suffered with my mental health and I have often found myself struggling to find the drive to even go on. But I think the fact that I'm still here is an achievement in and of itself.

This picture is one I took just under a year ago after the last of my exams in year 10 that I took on a walk near my house, and I think this perfectly sums up the last 5 years at YDA. A pretty evening view atop of a hill, far away from everyone else, and I am nowhere to be found.

Thank you to all those who have been my friends at one point or another.
