Meet the NEW zero-waste meditation mat! This design has been long in the making, with customers asking for a zabuton for years now! This is our modern take on a traditional design - ours is lightweight, rollable, and portable! And made from rescued fabrics and filled with kapok fibers. Read more about it in our journal, and you know where to find the l1Nx! Thank you to @mryvsmm for modeling for us and @yessyoga for the magical space! by @ethelstudio

What is “zero-waste”? There are so many definitions and nuances to this concept, so I hopped on here to briefly describe how we approach zero-waste. Full length video on T1kt0k to learn more! Needing way more than 90 seconds to begin to explain… by @ethelstudio

💗 A bittersweet announcement from Ethel Studio! 💗

Also the video ended but my last words were just “Thank You!” And that pretty much sums it up. I couldn’t have launched and maintained this small but mighty business without all of your support and interest and encouragement along the way! 💛🧡💗 by @ethelstudio

I’m back! Maggie here, owner of Ethel Studio! I just got back from an epic 2 month adventure living outdoors and hiking 700 miles on The Arizona Trail from the Mexico border to the Grand Canyon. It was a journey of a lifetime (I’ve never hiked that much before!)
And I’ve returned with so many new insights and a new deeper connection to Earth. I want to operate differently now as a human, business owner, artist, and designer. Stay tuned - Ethel Studio will keep evolving… to celebrate I’m offering 22 🫧 off ALL our designs with c0de SUNSHINE. Now through May 21st. Enjoy!

* the Arizona trail is 800 miles long, but I couldn’t finish (yet) this year due to trail closings due to snow damage in the Grand Canyon :( But i still feel accomplished! And I’ll be back I’m sure. * by @ethelstudio

“I believe in living.
I believe in birth.
I believe in the sweat of love
and in the fire of truth.

And i believe that a lost ship,
steered by tired, seasick sailors,
can still be guided home
to port.”

“Even a wounded world is feeding us. Even a wounded world holds us, giving us moments of wonder and joy. I choose joy over despair. Not because I have my head in the sand, but because joy is what the earth gives me daily, and I must return the gift.”

As a way to continue to celebrate the new calendar year of 2023 and the Lunar New Year, we’re having a meditation cushion sa|e! Twenty perc 0ff all our cushions with code FRESHSTART.
It can be surprising how a new cushion in your home can help shift the energy and create an inviting place for your tush to sit for meditation, contemplation, or just sipping tea while looking out the window… However you use your cushion, having one is a statement to yourself and to the world that you care about tending to your inner self. Small shifts add up to big shifts which can cause positive change inside and out 💛🌏 Wishing everyone great new beginnings!

Today is the last recommended day to 0rder if you’d like your items to arrive before December 24. But there’s always Priority Mail or Express mail if you’re a bit behind schedule. (Although we cannot guarantee arrival times sorry).
And then of course there’s our amazing stockists that carry our designs around the U.S. and beyond! (Yes, we’re in New Zealand, UAE, Canada, and the Bahamas!)
I’m so proud of how we’ve grown our reach and expanded our mission, and we couldn’t do this without YOU, our INCREDIBLE customers and partners! 💗
I love hearing about how our designs are helping you meditate more consistently or sleep through the night. This feedback keeps up going 💃 by @ethelstudio

🌼 Bandanas dyed with plants! 🌱 Rescued lightweight linens and cottons are transformed by hand via bundle-dyeing with local flower petals, onion skins, and rose petals 🌹. Each scarf is truly a work of art - and you can fall in love with the exact numbered scarf you’d like. The colors in the video unfortunately came out too saturated, so see our s|te for photos closer to the real life colors 🌼
We’ve got both square and rectangle options too. by @ethelstudio

“Many people in our culture only focus on making changes in the outer world. Well, of course we need to come up with plans for our life, but we need to balance out our rational planning with exploring our inner world and learning how to cultivate a rich, peaceful, and powerful inner space. We need to move from outer visioning to the power of working with our inner visions. We need to wake up out of the collective trance that teaches us to only focus on the material realm. It is time to explore how to open ourselves to new dimensions of life.”
