Ethera opens the Escalation EP with “Perception” as a track loaded with tension and screaming synths, cut by pauses that feel like they’re about to give you a heart attack. 🐘Rowry & Stabby🗡️

Johannes aka JoJo aka Ethera hasn’t even been writing music for five years, but his trajectory is already gaining serious momentum. Originally from Bavaria, now based in Berlin and newly part of the Fraktvred collective pushing DnB events in the city, Ethera steps forward with a debut that we’re genuinely proud to host on SINFUL MAZE - “Escalation EP” taken in Germany by @etheradnb

You know them, you love them: Its your FRAKTVRED boys ❤️

Ethera (@etheradnb) is a Berlin-based Drum & Bass producer known for his sound-design-driven take on neurofunk, new-school neuro, and future DnB. Inspired by artists such as Noisia, Mefjus, Trinist, and Phace, his productions combine technical precision with a forward-thinking approach.

With releases on mau5trap, Delta9, and In The Lab Recordings, Ethera is steadily building a name within the international Drum & Bass scene. Focused on innovation rather than imitation, he continues to push the evolution of modern Drum & Bass through detailed production and uncompromising sound design.

With pounding sub-basses, driving four-on-the-floor beats, and a distinctive approach to sound design, Saint Popsy (@saint_popsy) bridges the high-energy tempo of drum and bass with the dark intensity of techno.

As a producer and founding member of FRAKTVRED, Saint Popsy draws inspiration from every corner of the musical landscape. Not only his productions but also his DJ sets push boundaries between genres: rumble kicks collide with breakbeats, foghorns merge with hoover leads, nothing is off limits here.

Moving effortlessly between genres, Dubshroud (@dubshroud) crafts dynamic sets that journey through the electronic music spectrum. With roots in DnB and its various subgenres, his selections expand into UKG/Speed Garage, Techno, and Trance territories, creating dance floor moments that keep crowds guessing.

Whether building atmosphere through carefully selected tracks or capturing the energy of the night through visuals, expect the unexpected when Dubshroud is involved.

MixB’s (@dj_mixb) DJ career kicked off with a bang when he joined the FRAKTVRED collective and he’s been shaking up the scene ever since with his explosive energy and genre-spanning versatility. From Techno and Hardstyle to Dubstep, Drum and Bass, and Frenchcore, MixB seamlessly blends styles, moving from harmonic melodies to earth-shattering drops with ease.

Wassup, bassheads!
The wait is finally over.

We’re beyond hyped to present BASSIOPEIA, our biggest event to date and a full-blown celebration of Drum & Bass in Berlin! 🔊

For one night, we’re taking over two floors at the legendary Cassiopeia, bringing together different corners of the DnB world: from Jump Up & Dancefloor to Deep, Neuro and heavier sounds.

For the Main Floor, we’ve got two international acts making their Berlin debut:
Primate, jump-up powerhouse from Belgium known for his gritty basslines, hard-hitting drums and melodic, technical sound, and Bristol-based DnB rising star T-Lex, known for her energetic mixing and standout releases on labels like Hospital Records and CruCast, including a Beatport No. 1.

Joining them are some of the freshest talent from Frankfurt and Berlin: Lora, Ivana and the FRAKTVRED crew.

But we’re not stopping there.
On Floor 2, things get deeper, darker and heavier with a carefully curated selection ranging from Deep to Neuro. Expect Berlin underground energy.

There’s another reason this night matters to us.
Cassiopeia and the wider RAW Gelände are currently facing an uncertain future.
This place has been an essential part of Berlin’s club culture for years, and we want to use this night not only to celebrate the scene, but also to show up and support the spaces that make sub culture possible.

So come through, bring your people, lose your voice and help us make this one count. ❤️‍🔥
