The bathroom is finally completed! So nice to be able to wash your hands after your business. This was an interesting dilemma considering there wasn't braces to attach the sink to the wall. The shower is made of fiberglass, so drilled holes, added a galvanized thick piece of steel wire through the shower wall and attached under the sink. The sink is made for dorms so it was narrow enough for the space. I added a thick piece of aluminum behind it to run the wire through for added stability, I also had to find a somewhat light weight faucet to put on top. I really like this space now.

Working on adding a new front wing window today to replace the broken poly window that was there. Not quite ready for the road yet, but getting there as winter looms ahead. Plans may need to adjust again.

It's getting colder at night. Hoping the radiant floor will carry me and my sweet kitties: Ulysses and Odin through winter. Keep Going...

Love and peace out.

Goal post nearly reached.
I've nearly finished the little airstream, just needs bathroom sink and new front windows. I've had some help with the harder stuff like new subfloor, toliet, and air-conditioned. TY🙏

Hoping to set off into the pale early October. New goal posts. Tiny living isn't bad. Had to test it out. Also made her 4-season, so not afraid of the cold.

My hope is to create retreats out of these two for friends and income in the near future. I made a promise to myself that every dollar spent was toward potential income sources. I'll be rebranding /restarting everything.

In my master's program that has already started to teach adults. Thinking outside the box at the outcome of that degree. Options...

Ultimate goals are freedom to travel and make art on a small piece of land somewhere with a pool and modest house.

It's happening. It's all inJade's name she directs and inspires my future life. Always. She was a common sense type of gal. My Sweet Chicken🐔

Ready for completion on many things. Beyond ready for a new chapter of life. The struggle is real especially when you take on an education, career, and two Airstreams.

Adding radiant heating to floor in Tom Thumb trailer.. Found that re-installing vinyl plank over it is problematic. The planks tend to detach from each other. Going to add some linoleum instead this weekend.

Gosh, I cannot wait for it to be done. This should make the trailer livable for 4 seasons. I also put a heating pad under black tank and bought skirting to insulate from the cold. I’ll most likely need to add another heating pad under the fresh water tank and shower later on.

The cool thing is, I’m going to take this knowledge forth when I finish up Major Tom. I’ll put radiant floor under everything before I install cabinets, etc.
