❇️#SettingRealisticGoals
⚠️ #QuoteOfTheDay
“Honestly, it really depends on what motivates you personally.

For me, setting "unrealistic" goals helps push me to my limits. Even if I don't quite reach them, I still end up better off than where I started. My approach to goal-setting is driven by this mindset.

Others find success in setting more achievable, "realistic" goals. The sense of accomplishment from meeting these goals provides a dopamine boost that keeps them going. They often have a big ultimate goal that's broken down into these smaller, more attainable steps. It all comes down to how you perceive and handle goal-setting.

P.S.: I think my method works for me because I've always been an underdog, and failure motivates me to improve. For others, failure can be devastating. To reiterate, it all depends on individual self-awareness.”
- Sam S.

🙌 #InspirationalQuotes 👇

“Failure is okay. Don't worry about falling down. It might sound strange coming from me, given my situation, but I've bounced back from failure before. Life throws punches, we make mistakes. Trying hard is good, but sometimes we still crash.”
- Katie S

☎️ Wow, that is some #RealAdvice 😇Thank you!

“Test some affirmations. Or Mantras.... Saying them out loud and see how you feel. "I am resilient. I will keep going. I have everything I need to take the next step. I am strong because of who I am.”
- Neal J

🙌 #InspirationalQuotes 👇

“This morning I had my morning coffee on the balcony with just my thoughts. No phone. No book. Just sipping my coffee with an "empty mind." It doesn't happen often but I was grateful I could.”
- Ethel Y
🏕️#SitBack and relax .

“Usually, I set an alarm on my phone to “relax completely.” I just meditate for like a minute, then try to consciously keep that bodily feeling while I’m working.”
- Neal J
