Having a plan matters. But having someone in your corner who is actually paying attention, making adjustments, and holding you accountable is what makes the difference.

These spots are already going faster than I anticipated, and I don’t expect them to last through November.

The pandas have definitely seen some changes over the last 3 years.

On another note, my @ethosphysiquecoaching Black Friday deals will be dropping November 1st!

I’ll be limiting these specials to the first 5 people for each offer, so if you’ve been thinking about getting started or have been on the fence, shoot me a message now to be one of the first to get all the details and see what savings are available! by @ethosphysiquecoaching

We’re not saying your coach is always right…

We’re just saying the odds are looking pretty good. 😂

Trust the process. Trust the plan. And when in doubt, maybe just listen to your coach. 🤝 #ethosphysiquecoaching #bendthebarfitness #fyp by @ethosphysiquecoaching

I’ve been to enough local shows over the years to see it way too often: peoples stepping on stage just to say they did it, when truthfully, they’re still 8 to 10 weeks away from being ready.

That’s not how I coach.

If you work with me, I’m going to be upfront with you. I’m going to push you. You’re going to suffer at times. This sport isn’t for everyone, and wanting to step on stage doesn’t automatically mean you’ve earned the right to be there.

If the work wasn’t done and the conditioning isn’t there, I’m not putting you on stage just to collect a participation placing.

I see way too many people celebrating fourth place in a five person class or posting about taking second in a “stacked division” when there were two people standing up there. A placing by itself doesn’t tell me anything. What you actually brought to the stage does.

And don’t get me wrong, it’s okay not to win. It’s okay not to make first callouts. It’s okay to be on the edge of a callout and have more work to do.

What isn’t okay is getting on stage knowing you didn’t do everything necessary to bring your best.

You can’t control who shows up. You can’t control genetics. You can’t control how long it takes to build the muscle you need. That part takes time, and you have to be willing to respect that.

But one thing you can control is your conditioning.

You should be able to look back on a prep and know you gave everything you had to get truly stage ready, not just lean enough to look good at the beach.

That’s one of the biggest standards I want to help change locally. More patience with the growth process. More respect for true stage conditioning. More people stepping on stage because they’re actually ready, not just because the show date arrived.

The standard is the standard.

And that applies to my lifestyle clients too. If you come to me with high expectations, understand that I’m going to have high expectations for you in return.

Ethos Physique is currently taking on new competitors and lifestyle clients. If you’re ready to work, I’m ready to coach. by @ethosphysiquecoaching

Help us wish the happiest birthday to our BTB General Manager, Abby! 🥳🎉

We truly couldn’t do what we do without her. She’s an incredible coach, a loyal and hardworking part of our team, and one of the best friends anyone could ask for. Abby shows up for BTB and our people day in and day out, and we’re so grateful to have her in our corner and part of the BTB family. 💪❤️

Happy Birthday, Abby! We love you! Drop some birthday love for her in the comments! 🎂👇 by @ethosphysiquecoaching

We train every day—but training doesn’t always look the same. 💪🏼

Some days it’s lifting. Some days it’s cardio. Some days it’s posing practice. And some days, the prescribed exercise is simply taking it easy.

That’s why coaching matters. It’s not just about pushing harder—it’s knowing when to push, when to adjust and when recovery is exactly what your body needs.

Trust the plan. Trust the process. Team Ethos. 🔥 #ethosphysiquecoaching #bendthebarfitness #fyp by @ethosphysiquecoaching

wtf trend: ethos edition 👊🏼 #ethosphysiquecoaching by @ethosphysiquecoaching

25 years later, we remember a day that showed us what true strength looks like.

It looked like first responders running toward danger. Neighbors helping neighbors. Strangers carrying one another through unimaginable loss. A country coming together when it mattered most.

Today, we honor the lives lost, the heroes who served, and the families who have carried their memory for the last 25 years.

Some kinds of strength have nothing to do with what you can lift.

September 11, 2001. We will never forget. 🇺🇸 by @ethosphysiquecoaching

You cannot out-train a lifestyle you refuse to change. 👏 The workouts matter. But so do the choices you make the other 23 hours of the day, your nutrition, sleep, recovery, habits and consistency.

Real results happen when your lifestyle starts supporting your goals, not working against them.

Ready to make the changes that actually last? Let’s get to work. 💪 #ethosphysiquecoaching #bendthebarfitness by @ethosphysiquecoaching

December 2023 ➡️ now. Same person. Completely different life. 💪🏼

Rob H. didn’t get here overnight. He got here by showing up, staying consistent, trusting the process, and putting in the work—even on the days he didn’t feel like it.

This is what can happen when you stop guessing and start following a plan built for YOU.

You can do this, too. You don’t have to do it alone. 👉🏼 Ready to see what’s possible with a coach in your corner? Message Team Ethos to get started. 🔥#ethosphysiquecoaching #bendthebarfitness #fyp by @ethosphysiquecoaching

Motivation is temporary. The plan is what gets you there. 👏🏼

Some days you’ll feel locked in. Other days, you won’t feel like doing any of it. Do it anyway.

Stick to the plan, not your mood. The boring days, the hard days, the days no one sees—that’s where progress is made.

Trust the process. Trust your coach. Keep showing up. 💪🏼 Ready for a plan built around YOUR goals? Join Team Ethos.
