I realised the way I used to approach food just wasn’t working for this season of life.

Between work, commuting, and mum life, I enjoy cooking but don’t always have the energy for it after a full day. I wanted weeknight food to feel lighter without losing home cooked meals.

Buying a vacuum sealer from @johnlewis has been one small change that’s helping me be more intentional with food during the week.

I know I hardly post myself on here, but as it’s practically the end of the year, I’ve come to say thank you Lord for 2025. So many more moments I wanted to add, but I didn’t want to make this video too long.
