Slow and steady wins 😮‍💨💪🏾

If you know me, you know I’ve always wanted to be thinner. Not because it affected me athletically or in my daily life, but simply because it has always been a personal goal. I’ve reached it a few times before, but this time, it’s different. Skinnier doesn’t always mean healthier, but for me, this journey has always been about becoming the best version of myself.

This journey truly started in 2022, when the first picture was taken. I was consistently going to the gym, but I wasn’t as serious as I could have been. I wanted change, but I wasn’t fully committed. That changed in 2024 when I made a promise to myself if I wanted to see a drastic transformation, I needed to make drastic changes. And I did.

Fast forward two years later my mind is clearer, my body is stronger, and I’ve been back on my grind mentally, physically, and in every aspect of life.

I love myself 40kg lighter. Not just because of the number, but because I feel better, stronger, and more in control. This journey is no longer just about looks it’s about being healthy in every way. It’s about balance, about taking control, about committing to myself.

If you’re struggling, just remember putting yourself first is the best decision you’ll ever make.

OUTDOOR HIIT WORKOUT X KOKO A LODY : DONE✅

I’m filled with gratitude as I reflect on my first ever fitness event, where I was able to combine two of my greatest passions being a woman of color and fitness. I’m incredibly thankful to the amazing women who made this event a success! Thank you for pushing me to new heights and allowing me to challenge your limits for an hour. Together, we tested our abilities, broke a sweat, and tapped into our inner strength.
But this is just the beginning! Stay tuned as we continue to break barriers and defy limits.
I also want to give a big thanks to @rittdiva @djqwelz @sala.mboup and @marsaana for helping me make this event a success!
