The Mamacitas, one more time. 💕

For the past years, we’ve shared the stage through different choreographies and with different teams, but for the first time, we got to share it with this group of mamacitas — not just as dancers, but as friends. 🥹

Dancing there together after countless hours of practicing, committing, showing up to every practice, has been such a rewarding, uniting, and fulfilling experience. So incredibly grateful for this group and for the memories we’ve created together. 🤏🏼

2 exercises I always do before dancing 🦵🔥 Simple, but they make a real difference in how my hips move on the floor. DM ‘TRAIN’ if you want a plan online like this.

WTF is my life rn 🐻
