Let’s find out, by looking at the way you align geometric shapes, according to this image!

🙁 Bad Designer:

The shapes (square, circle, and triangle) are aligned to the center, but there’s no consideration of the visual weight or optical balance. This results in the designs looking off, despite the mathematical alignment.

😐 Average Designer:

The designer compensates by slightly adjusting the shapes for better visual balance. The triangle, for example, is aligned to take into account its different visual weight compared to the other shapes, leading to a more visually pleasing result, but it’s still not perfect.

🤩 Good Designer:

This level of designer takes into account both the optical and geometric properties of each shape. They ensure each shape feels balanced and evenly spaced based on its perceived size and visual weight, not just numerical spacing. This creates the most harmonious and visually balanced arrangement.
