I mbron. U jep arsye të besojnë tek e nesërmja. 💔 taken in Tirana, Albania by @eugin_z

135 days of the Flamingo Revolution. 5 days of student protests.

For months, people protested peacefully, setting an example and demanding accountability. But people are tired. Enough is enough.

Now the students have joined, and their message is clear: “Rama Ik” Rama, leave.

I hope their voices will finally be heard. taken in Tirana, Albania by @eugin_z

A message to everyone visiting Tirana right now.

The protests have escalated, and your safety comes first. Please avoid demonstrations, stay informed and follow local safety instructions.

This is a difficult moment for Albania. You can support people’s right to protest while still hoping for a peaceful outcome.

I’m sharing this because I promote Albania, but promoting my country also means being honest about what’s happening here.

Stay safe. 🇦🇱

Turp t’ju vijë!

A couple was simply walking, and they were hit by the police. Whatever the situation, whatever the confrontation, violence against people who pose no threat is unacceptable.

The police are there to protect people, not to make them afraid to walk in their own streets. taken in Tirana, Albania by @eugin_z
