Here’s the truth: sea turtles can swim so fast that she can outswim you any day, but she won’t leave if you just… slow down.

here’s what actually works:

lower your heart rate. slow your fins, ease your effort, breathe intentionally. a sea turtle’s resting heart rate can drop to as low as 6 beats per minute when she’s calm underwater — they’re wired for stillness. a racing heartbeat reads as a threat to them. match their energy, and they’ll let you stay.

no chasing. no rushing. just presence.

the ocean rewards the patient ones. 🌊

happy world’s sea turtle day my ocean lover fams🫶

some even think of it as their calling in life.
From the kids to the elders, the enthusiasm is contagious!

ALOR - Coral For Life Extended feat. @epsonindonesia and @wwf_id #1

[watch on youtube for better quality]

we are glad to receive such immense response for our first episode, Alor. One comment even said it was their first time seeing dugong (seacow) because of that video. No wonder, Mawardi is our favorite too! But rest assured, we still have more to come and the 2nd episode is dropping this week🤍

---

Coral For Life was a 2 minute video about a special trip with Epson Indonesia and WWF Indonesia to Alor, East Nusa Tenggara, visiting the rockpile site and the lovely people of Kangge Island. The trip was done with the spirit of #BlueTravelers which refers to a value of a more mindful and eco-friendly way of traveling. It was such an amazing trip in a beautiful environment, so we decided to make an extended version of 20 minute long travel documentary.

Episode 2. Kangge will be out on Thursday 6pm

Thanks to everyone involved!
