wrapping the year up, i reflected towards the many many things that happened in the span of 12 months. and honestly wow. 2024 definitely shaped me differently compared to the other previous years. from the endless opportunities, to the most humbling lessons and of course, the sleepless nights of reflections, 2024 had it's way of shaping me.

Philippians 4:6-7 is the usual verse my mom would remind me whenever i breakdown or open up to her about my problems. funny enough i would always recall that verse in my head whenever I am worried or anxious. sadly, as i reached the second half of the year, its meaning became loose and a repetition. the amount of worry, stress, and numerous burnouts I had just gave me a speck of the reality of our real world.

but God has his ways of twisting and pulling you. sometimes nakakabaliw, sometimes nakakaiyak but in the end you'd just realize how God will always and always mend and pull you out of those situations in the smallest strings and in the smallest ways. sometimes i look up and smile silently saying "grabe ka naman Lord. thank you"

to the closest niche of friends, thank you for your listening ears. i needed them a lot (hopefully the same goes as we enter 2025!) especially the times when i was full of myself, vulnerable, and sometimes lost. thank you for the countless akbays and countless "prayed for you euri" i heard from you all. malaking bagay yun for me especially knowing how I tend to keep things to myself and handles problems alone and silently. the love God has poured to me through you guys is something that will always and always make me tear up.

once again thank you for the many many humbling lessons and memories 2024. you are something worth remembering as i enter another year.
