Scroll ➡️… The infamous e46 m3 subframe reinforcement service. (Technically it should be called cracked floor where the subframe mounts to service) The floor cracks mainly in 2 spots. The locations get cleaned and we use a grinder to expose the metal. Once exposed we weld the cracks closed and proceed to mount and weld in reinforcement plates to help disperse the load of the subframe. Once welded we use a etching primer, a rubberized undercoating and finish with another top coat or custom matched primer (not shown) and to give the closest to OEM look possible.
