Thank you again to @antidote_agency for having me on your panel. It was a pleasure speaking about Creativity in Business. Key takeaways I hope the attendees left with are:

1. Discipline > Motivation - motivation can only last but so long, in order to remain consistent you must be disciplined in your day to day approach with your business

2. Have an understanding of who you are, your why, and what you seek to accomplish to aid in your discernment when deciding who to work with or what your next steps should be

3. DO IT ANYWAY - progress does not recognize emotion, it recognizes action.

It’s been an amazing year, wanted to recap on a few things that have happened, what’s to come, and leave you all with something as it begins to look like midnight at 5pm.

Slide 2 - excited to be on the panel for @team_yellow ‘s Bright Sparks Panel where we discuss men’s mental health transformation from Stigma to Strength alongside @shotbyearl @robhillsr and @_master_u

Slide 3 - filmed the first episode of ‘Insights’ powered by I See You Bro with @lionelthebldr - a short form interview style highlighting business owners, fathers, former athletes and the Doers in the community and their journey to get where they are today. Stay tuned

Slides 4-7 - A recap of our two roundtables where we’ve elevated the experience at @assemblynfk - by introducing licensed professionals to lead the sessions and providing live resources to those that attend. Thank you to @thegospelofandre @itszackmorris @dr.aliciaoctavia for your time, energy, and effort as we help our community heal.

Slides 8-13 - GET ACTIVE!!! KEEP YOUR LOVED ONES CLOSE!!! It’s getting colder, the sun is setting a lot earlier. Make sure to move your body throughout the day and love on your people.

Slide 14-15 - self explanatory. Only person that can stop you, is you. The best time to take action was yesterday. The second best time is right now.

Honored to represent @iseeyoubrocollective at @assemblynfk ‘s 2025 Changemaker in Residence Program. This is one of those full circle moments man. Assembly has been integral to I See You Bro, from the very first meeting to conceptualize how we wanted to bring value and impact through men’s mental health to having close to 10 events at Assembly to date and now this!

Excited for the journey ahead and how we’ll be able to continue to build upon the foundation that’s been set. Thank you @assemblynfk for the opportunity! & congrats to all other members in the 3rd cohort!

You are worthy, you are deserving.

The healing you embrace is not just for you, but for others too.

To say this task was difficult would be an understatement. Reliving parts of my life that could’ve broken me at the time, brought up emotions I forgot were even there. As I look back I am grateful for each and every part of my life because it made me who I am today. As I look ahead I’m even more grateful for who I’m becoming.

It wasn’t until I felt alone while surrounded by loved ones that I knew I wasn’t ok. There was a void that only I could fill.

We experience many things in life, good, bad, beautiful, ugly and everything in between. This can have a lasting impact we don’t even realize. While we may not have full control over everything that happens to us, we are in control of how we heal from those experiences.

Everyone’s journey is different…so I ask you..when did you feel compelled to begin your mental wellness journey? What led you to begin?
