So there I was, taking a bath in the forest.

To rinse off the anxiety and stress that had been building up. Wash off the bad thought patterns and vibes that are hard to shake at times.
It was magical! And cleansing!

New age nonsense you think? I believe it’s just a different term for what we’ve know as long as we have existed on this planet. That we are one with nature, our connectedness can‘t be severed, only ignored.

Next time you’re stressed or sad, find a place in nature where you can be alone and just stay for a moment. Absorb what’s around you, look at the plants, listen to the sounds, take in the view and do nothing. Just be. You’ll feel better after. I promise!

Ab und zu gehe ich mal im Wald baden.

Um die Anspannung und den Stress, die sich aufgebaut haben, ‚abzuwaschen‘. Die schlechten Gedankenmuster und Stimmungen, die manchmal schwer abzuschütteln sind, ‚weg zu spülen‘.

Es ist magisch! Und reinigend!

New-Age-Quatsch, denkst du? Ich glaube, es ist nur ein anderer Begriff für das, was wir wissen, seit wir auf diesem Planeten existieren: Dass wir eins mit der Natur sind, unsere Verbundenheit kann nicht getrennt, nur ignoriert werden.

Wenn du das nächste Mal gestresst oder traurig bist, such dir einen Ort in der Natur, an dem du allein sein und einfach einen Moment verweilen kannst. Nimm deine Umgebung in dich auf, betrachte die Pflanzen, lausche den Geräuschen, genieße die Aussicht und tu einfach nichts. Einfach nur sein. Danach fühlst du dich besser. Versprochen!

One of the last ones this year is of my favorite bird, the tiny but spunky hummingbird.

If I don’t talk to you before the old year is up and the new one begins, remember that it’s now that we can leave some of the old behind that’s dragging us down and get a fresh start, no matter what it is you’re dealing with…..I will certainly try that myself because that’s sometimes all that’s left, trying again, refusing status quo.
