The dreamiest family trip to Portugal 🇵🇹✨ We spent three weeks taking it slow through Lisbon, Porto, and the Algarve—and completely fell in love. Portugal is such a gem. Beautiful architecture, gorgeous blue azulejo tiles, incredible food and wine, and some of the kindest people. Everyone was so warm and welcoming… and they absolutely LOVE babies!

Traveling with little ones isn’t always easy. Packing all the baby gear, pushing strollers up cobblestone hills, and rushing to get 4 people out the door to make it to reservations on time can be stressful 😅 It takes us 3x longer to do things most people can pack into one day. Getting to show my kids different cultures, foods, languages, and creating memories together is something I’ll always treasure.

Portugal, you were so good to us. Already dreaming about going back ♥️

24 hours in Amsterdam! 🇳🇱✨ And wow… this city completely blew us away.

It’s hard to even put into words how beautiful Amsterdam is. The perfect blend of old-world charm and modern city life—canals winding through the streets, beautiful narrow homes overlooking the water, and bicycles EVERYWHERE. 🚲 The canals are absolutely breathtaking.

We packed a little bit of everything into our 24 hours here and loved every minute of it. So much amazing food, the kindest people, and so much to see and do.

Ethan is FOUR years old today! 🎈🎉

I still can’t believe how lucky we are to be your parents. You bring so much joy and laughter into our world. You are kind, loving, smart, outgoing, and endlessly curious. You want to know everything about everything. I love hearing your thoughts, answering your endless questions, and seeing the world through your eyes.

Your hugs and cuddles are the absolute best. I’m constantly amazed by your incredible memory and all the little details you can remember after hearing something just once.

You have a love for cars just like your daddy. You love to drum, dance, and sing your heart out. There is truly never a dull moment with you around.

August will always be our month ❤️ Five years married (how!?) and 16 years of being together, dating back to circa 2010. Who would have thought that a post-college romance would turn into this beautiful life we’ve built together?

We’ve been through countless moves, medical school and residency, living in different cities, and now two babies! Through every season, you’ve been the life partner who supports me, believes in me, and lifts me up. On the days when I’m completely depleted, you somehow make the load feel lighter.

The kids are absolutely obsessed with you, and watching you be their dad makes me love you even more. I truly couldn’t imagine doing this life with anyone else.
