🤷‍♀️The world is on fire… here’s some fan dancing🤷‍♀️

Ended up having some solo time in the @thecabco ‘s CabLab Studio today, which always helps fuel my capacity💜.

Take care all. Love loudly. Stand up for Trans folks. Stand up for Disability right. Prioritize caring for your capacity to do so. It’s needed for the long haul.

✨Sometimes I forget how good it feels to move✨

I teach movement all the time, but sometimes forget to move myself…

Really move.
Not perform.
Not go through the motions.

MOVE.

Feeling space.
Investing in my art through physicality.

Lost in the hustle, this is often the first to drop off.
I forget this is my happy place.

Keep moving for yourself💜

(And stay tuned for some show announcements 😉)

🎥- raw, rough rehearsal footage from the @thecabco ‘s Cab Lab studios -did you know you can rent this space for $12.00 per hour??!
