Circle of Life 2026

Holy moly this post was WAYYY overdue but I've had time to really reflect on this show.

Couldn't be more grateful to have been in such an incredible show and I can't thank my teachers Melissa, Tracy, and Snook for creating such impactful pieces in the show.

So proud of all the students at this school and for inspiring the younger Gen with your passionate dancing.

Wow Follies are over! Absolutely crazy! 5 years ago I remember my mum calling this new dance studio, (I was doing ballroom at the time so I wasn't really fussed on doing it) but I remember my mum saying to me "would you want to audition for this cute little Christmas show. And I said.. No. However my mum convinced me to do it. I still remember my first audition five years ago too! And the first ever dance I had to learn was Frosty. Now to think I've come so far just from a little Elf to Frosty the Snowman himself it honestly gets me so emotional. I've enjoyed every Christmas each year with this show and all the memories I've had with the teacher's and my friends and spreading Christmas joy to all! And to think it's my last follies ever (who knows I might come back and guest wink wink) makes me filled with so many emotions. But I would like to say I am so proud of all my classmates and seeing all of you grow each year and all your technique and joy you have motivates me to try even harder with each show we have! I also want to thank my friends and my best friends, you have been so fun to work with and even during rehearsals you always some how make even the hardest rehearsals seem fun! And I would also like to thank Melissa Dobbs for first off believe me. Because looking back at the videos from the first year makes me wonder how you believed I could be a good dancer and now I am so honored to get to play all these characters over the years and how you pushed me to get better and better whether it be every single class or rehearsal! So thank you so much for giving me a chance to do this show. Santas Frosty Follies!

I have been so honored to work with this cast this year. The amount of joy and happiness these amazing people give on and off of stage is incredible! I love each and every person in this show so much and are so proud of all the progress we have made over the years! Neverland has been such a wonderful story and journey to tell and I have been so happy to have been Grandma Wendy!
