Travel tip: if you move countries to find some more family and things get a lot, simply flee to the south of France. 🇫🇷My mum has spent her entire life pouring into others, especially my brother, who was unwell from the beginning. Despite our best efforts, together we’ve had to bury everyone in my family except each other.After my brother died, I nearly lost mum to an aneurysm and for just over an hour, I thought I was about to be the only one left. After all this getting to do something with her that’s been on my bucket list since I was a little kid, standing in front of some of the oldest and most beautiful art humanity has ever made, 36,000 year old cave paintings drawn by people who looked up at the same stars we do, after everything we’ve had to endure, is something I’ll never take for granted, and definitely something I’ll never forget.Love you ❤️ by @evacambourn

Morocco… you are beautiful and I’ve had some unforgettable experiences. But honestly, after nearly 2 months here I’m a bit culturally fatigued. 😅10/10 for dinosaurs, scenery, and barefoot strength conditioning. Anyone who knows me well, knows the last few years have been rough to say the least. I needed a break more than I realised, and life finally forced it. Country one: Thailand. Purpose one: Get my confidence back and slow down enough to hear myself. Here’s some photos of what that kinda looked like. A massive thank you to @corecombatcm for your patience with me as I learnt to fight and defend amongst some absolute legends. Learning how to fight has done numbers on my confidence, subsided some deep rooted PTSD and given me a new passion. I’m so grateful. Can’t wait to see the team photos 😉💚 by @evacambourn

Sharing a clip of my set at @afrikaburn, this experience made me reflect on what festivals could be.I’ve been thinking about energy, vibrations, and frequencies (all one and the same), and how music and experience penetrate the subconscious in ways we don’t always realise. Mainstream festivals focus on the spectacle… huge crowds, huge stages, huge acts… but often forget the human experience within that space. Music has the power to shift perspectives, heal, and build community. Festivals should be more than just an escape; they should be spaces where people can learn, grow, and feel connected to something bigger.The more rooted I get into the music industry, the more I cherish the people who create gigs and festivals with real intention—those who prioritise sharing, creativity, and meaningful experiences.I’m so lucky to work with people who share these values! @macko__________ @corbantupou. And as we lead up to @twomindsfestival, I’m giddy with excitement because I’m proud to be involved in a festival that promotes a more meaningful human experience. I can’t wait ❤️ by @evacambourn
