Day 23 – Paper 📄
A wooden board full of notes and definitely too detailed… working, moving, and drawing every day is kinda insane :,)

Already missing summer.

Again about AI and everything that is quietly taking from us by @evacarolina.art

The second illustration from my series about AI

This one about something I don’t think AI will ever experience: stepping into the ocean, feeling the water on your skin, the sun warming your face just spending a day by the sea...
Missing this so much lately !!! by @evacarolina.art

The first illustration from my three-piece series for @fnacportugal Novos Talentos.
Like so many artists, I’ve been worried about AI and what it could mean for us creatives 🫪
But at the same time I don’t believe it can replace art because art comes from something much deeper. It comes from being human. From feeling.
This piece is about one of those feelings: the warmth of the sun on your skin, the light on your face, and the quiet of watching a sunset. These little moments inspire me to create and are things AI will never truly understand by @evacarolina.art

A bit late sharing this as a post but still happy about it 😋
Received an Honorable Mention at Novos Talents FNAC Portugal 2026 for my illustration series.
I’ll be sharing the three illustrations I made in the next posts by @evacarolina.art

Prepping 2 floors of the gallery in a week was intense but we did it!! Special thanks to the curator @vaago_ 🫰
The exhibition is up for one more month, until June 28th at Galeria Porta dos Figos (Lamego, Portugal).

Hoje sai à rua, sobretudo nestes dias em que a censura parece avançar. Sai e marcha pela liberdade 🌹
25 de Abril sempre, fascismo nunca mais.

Today, go out into the streets, especially in these days when censorship seems to be advancing. Go out and march for freedom 🌹
April 25th always, fascism never again.

A little late on this trend, but here are some of my 2025 drawings. Drawing was for sure my favorite thing to do, and I want to do it even more next year 🫰

Trying out the Musso E80 made for women’s bodies and honestly super comfy 😌

(Also I’m really enjoying making these no-pressure little geometric/ colourfull doodles lately, my sketchbook is full of them ! )
