MAKING THE ‘MOONI’ BAG Each bag is locally UPCYCLED and carefully HANDCARFTED in our studio in Tallinn. Made from leftover leather sourced from local furniture manufacturer NEISER. Each bag is hand-cut, stitched, and finished with care. 💛 EDH team: meet @evakarlottat Eva-Karlotta is the founder and designer of @karlottadesign – a brand she launched in New York in 2019. Her journey has taken her from Tallinn to Denmark, then to New York, where she worked as a handbag designer at luxury brand 1Atelier, before returning to Estonia with a strong international perspective. Her first collection, “ÜKS”, is made from leftover materials from furniture production – combining sustainability with thoughtful design ♻️ 🎶 Last experience that inspired her A concert dedicated to Arvo Pärt’s 90th birthday at Carnegie Hall, New York 🇪🇪 Favourite EDH brand Tarmo Luisk – every piece has a small twist that brings a smile 🌍 Inspiration from the world Ivo Nikkolo (1990–2000 collections) – timeless and strong in identity 💛 Fun fact She is also a certified massage therapist… and doesn’t have a driver’s license. 👀 Through colleagues’ eyes Rational, fast, and a deep thinker – able to separate emotions from decisions. She may seem a little chaotic at times, yet somehow manages an incredible amount of information about designers, events and international projects. And she truly believes everything will work out – and it usually does. A beautiful balance of bohemian creativity and visionary thinking. Detail-focused, yet always seeing the bigger picture.
