Europes best coffee shops

For anyone that has been following us throughout the years, you know I go to World Of Coffee every year for a bit of a holiday / Industry network & to see all the new tech coming through.

Never did I imagine Evalynn would be announced on a stage in Brussels & included in Europes Top 100 Cafes!

Such an incredible achievement for our entire team - Present & Past

Incredibly proud of everyone’s efforts, this acknowledgment & to put Drogheda on the map!

Born in Bryanstown & made it to Brussels

One of the most important decisions a cafe can make - their customers daily coffee.

With a fresh harvest it was time to cup for the months ahead.

When we taste for a house coffee we’re always searching for sweetness when paired with milk & having worked with @nikolasunko for nearly 5 years, he really understands our palate & more importantly yours.

Love days like this - definitely a favourite of the job!
