evan: “you can always paint over it.”
evan: “you know i never would.”

@evan.weselmann x @krinknyc

I reached out to evan a few days before @cincinnatiartweek started. I’ve always thought his drawings were rad. We chatted at his studio, he showed me a few sketches. I bought him some Krink markers and apologized about a crazy timeline.

He showed up the next day and painted this. Then came back the day after for touch ups. He did great and it looks really great.

I want to treat it like a Banksy: rip it from the wall and put it in my house.

But for now, it’ll be up at OFFSITE at @cincinnatiartweek, formerly @meccaotr. Peak through the gate and check it out.

Otherwise, pay him money to draw and make things. He’s incredible and very sweet. Really lives up the name Evan.
