Back in October I had to go down to the city and someone ran a red light and hit me, writing off the rig. Just so happened while looking for a new truck, one the same colour, but nicer trim came up for sale so I picked er up. Before insurance took it I pulled most of my parts to swap into the new one. Sucked to happen, but it was cool to redo a lot of what I had done with what I learnt on the last one. Far from finished, but running better than ever right now! by @evan_wall

Lots of goods to take an away from the weekend, but the most bummed I’ve been with a mistake / mechanical I’ve made. Started the day off with two 3rd place stages and a 6th place stage. All long tough ones, and it was insane to see @lief.rodgers , @elliotjamieson_ and I coming down right with each other. Unfortunately got sniped by a rock on the final stage and broke my front wheel / flatted and lost over a minute, moving me from 7th back to 15th.

Such a fun weekend of racing, and insane to see Lief take the Priority to the top step for the overall. Been insane to represent such a unique bike with him this season! by @evan_wall

First day of racing done here. Rocky alpine stages with insane pace had some scary sections, but kept it up right and the bike together. No super ripper stages for me, but kept it consistent for 10th on the day. Excited for more tomorrow!

What a weekend racing in La Thuile! My favourite stages of the year by far!

Was an up n down day for me. Unfortunately had a truck drive through a road crossing on stage one which I nearly head on’d. Had to brake hard and swerve around losing a lot of time and momentum. Stage two was insanely ripper, dry loose and blown out! A few crashes on stage 3, but still managed a decent time. Finishing off with the night stage was hectic as it gets. P10 for the day, really hyped on riding bikes right now!

The best stage ever?!? @evan_wall reckons stage 3 in La Thuile this weekend could compete for that crown!
