What an incredible experience! A few of us from Madril Salon had the opportunity to participate in New York Fashion Week. This definitely took me back to my Toni&Guy days! It was fast, fun, and exhilarating! We met so many new friends along the way! Huge thanks to @hairbylexithelen for the opportunity! Another big thanks to @thelab.shows and to the designers @davidantoniopr & @ofeliaotello! If you don’t know who they are, you should! It was so great to make their vision a reality!

to conclude this 40TH trip around the sun, there was indeed a party… a @spicegirls themed party! Everyone brought their interpretation of Girl Power! I couldn’t choose one so I brought an element of all the girls to the outfit! I’m so lucky to have all these wonderful people celebrate and throw this lovely themed party for me. I just am overwhelmed with happiness. Cheers to a new decade!

I have been seeing that one of the trend forecasts is that side fringe is returning. Whether you part it down the center or on the side, I always recommend you do what suits you best where you feel the most confident. Many do like the option for both to have variety.

The short micro textured fringe has been a favorite of mine to do, especially these past couple of months. Compliment that with a cute cut and you’re ready!!

This was such a fun project to work on. So many things leading up to the final result. This guest had existing blonde, so keeping her integrity was my top concern. We brought up her outgrowth with fresh lightener. The ends we lifted a smidge using a cream lightener with demi developer. Her gloss was a dark root followed by this beautiful lavender from the mids to ends. I absolutely loved how this turned out! Me and my guest were internally screaming!!
