Local Finds and Recos ๐Ÿ›’๐Ÿ‘‡

Some days, progress looks like big wins. Other days, itโ€™s simply showing up and doing the next thing. ๐ŸคŽ Building something takes time, patience, and a lot of tuloy lang kahit hindi ka sure. For anyone who needs the reminder today: keep going anyway. โœจ btw, wearing our Alegria Abaca Wedges for a little added lift โ€” literally and figuratively. ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘ก by @evanmaderazo
back at our old dating spot, 10 years later. ๐Ÿฅน same place, different era. Almost everything has changed, but Cubao Expo still has that same slightly chaotic, artsy charm I remember. ๐Ÿ˜‚ We used to come here for drinks after workโ€ฆ now itโ€™s coffee, good food, vintage finds and โ€œuy, tingnan natin โ€™tong shop.โ€ Pang mature roles na talaga. Not your usual estetik date spot, but honestly, this has always been more my vibe โ€” laidback, a little nostalgic, and lots of interesting things to discover. And somehow I accidentally came in an all-local fit. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญโœจ ๐Ÿ‘— @dominiqueandco ๐Ÿ‘œ @newearth.ph ๐Ÿ‘ก Silay Abaca Wedges @sundals.ph ๐Ÿœ @thebestofluck888 we used to come here for the beerโ€ฆ now Iโ€™m looking for coffee, food & cute little shops. some things never change. still love the weird, artsy, slightly vintage finds. less inuman, more kainan. ๐Ÿ˜‚ (and @thebestofluck888 was worth the stop ๐Ÿ‘Œ) same laidback girl, just more local now. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ๐ŸคŽ ๐Ÿ‘œ @newearth.ph ๐Ÿ‘ก Silay by @sundals.ph by @evanmaderazo

Proud to be doing my part as a Filipino. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ This is me, doing what I can to keep our small business running. Behind every small business are people working hard to make ends meet. Rising costs, platform fees, taxes, government requirements, bills, and livelihoods to support. Ang dami, minsan nakakapagod na rin. ๐Ÿ˜ฎโ€๐Ÿ’จ But despite everything, we show up. We work, comply, pay our dues, and do our best to keep going. Hindi madali maging small business owner ngayon, especially with limited staff and resources. But Iโ€™m proud that weโ€™re still trying to do things right. And I think itโ€™s only fair to expect the same accountability from the people running our country. We work hard for every peso, and we deserve to see our taxes go toward better public services, healthcare, education, and opportunities for Filipinos. Weโ€™re not asking for special treatment. Just transparency, accountability, and a fair chance to keep going. We do our part, even when itโ€™s hard. Sana kayo rin. Sana lahat lumalaban nang patas. ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ๐ŸคŽ by @evanmaderazo
