Today we’re slowing it down with a walk through Emerald Sound in Oak Point, TX — a lakeside neighborhood that feels tucked away from the busyness of DFW without actually putting you too far from everything. 🌳🌊

Think mature trees, winding streets, larger homesites, custom homes and plenty of privacy. Some properties even offer acreage, lake views or direct access to Lake Lewisville.

📍 LOCATION
 From this part of Emerald Sound, you’re roughly: 🚗 20–25 min to the Dallas North Tollway ⭐ 25–30 min to The Star in Frisco 🛍️ 30–35 min to Legacy West 🛒 About 10–15 min from everyday grocery, dining & retail options around Little Elm/Oak Point
So you get that peaceful, almost secluded feeling at home while still being able to get back into Frisco, Plano and the rest of North DFW pretty easily.

🏡 HOME PRICES
 Emerald Sound has a pretty wide range because the homes and lots vary so much. Current homes have been listed from roughly the $600Ks into the $1M+ range, with the neighborhood median listing price around $975K–$995K.

This neighborhood could be a great fit for someone who wants more land, privacy, mature trees and a quieter lakeside lifestyle — especially if you don’t necessarily want the traditional master-planned-community feel.

Heyyy! We’re back with the running series! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏡💗

Today we’re walking through Stone Creek Village in Frisco because we have a very special guest joining us… Daisy! 🐶🎀 And when Daisy comes along, we walk! 😂 She’ll be guiding us through the neighborhood today.

Stone Creek Village is a luxury pocket within Lone Star Ranch, known for its larger homes, beautiful architecture, greenbelts, water views, and mature neighborhood feel. 🌳✨

But here’s a fun piece of history that makes this neighborhood even more interesting: Stone Creek Village was a former Parade of Homes community! Some of the homes here were built to showcase custom design, architecture, and craftsmanship — so keep an eye out for all the little details while we walk. 👀🏡

Residents also get access to the amenities of Lone Star Ranch, including pools, trails, greenbelts, parks, a fitness center, and more. 🏊🏽‍♀️🌳

This is exactly why I started this series — DFW has SO many beautiful neighborhoods, and sometimes you need to actually see and experience them to figure out which one feels like home.

Mason’s last HOCO 🥹🤍

I seriously can’t believe my brother is a SENIOR and this was his last Homecoming!! 😭 It feels like just yesterday he was just a baby, and now this time next year I’ll be traveling to wherever he decides to go just to visit him. 🥹

So proud of you, Mase Mase, and so excited to see where this next chapter takes you. 🤍

And before anyone asks… NO, he does not have a girlfriend 😂 He just had a date to HOCO!! Had to clear that up before y’all started asking questions. 😂

Come run DFW’s most beautiful neighborhoods with me 🏃🏽‍♀️🏡✨

I’m starting a new series where I run (and sometimes walk because let’s be real 😂) through neighborhoods across DFW to show you what it actually looks and feels like to live there.

First stop: Windsor Springs in Oak Point, TX. 🌳

Windsor Springs is a small luxury community by Toll Brothers, with homes starting around $1.3M and lots ranging from approximately 1–3 acres.

And one of my favorite things about this neighborhood? SPACE.

🏡 More living space 🌳 Bigger yards ✨ 1–3 Acre lots 🤍 More room between you and your neighbors 🐎 Right next to Prestonwood Polo Club

If your version of luxury is less about being in the middle of everything and more about having a beautiful home, land, and room to actually enjoy it — Windsor Springs is definitely a neighborhood to know.
