chin back walkover into split tutorial 💕

❤️‍🔥5 nutritional advices from your dancer/contortionist/aspiring dietitian

🥑 DO NOT SLEEP ON FIBERS!!
they really do help you digest better and have less stomach pain.

🍳 prioritise PROTEIN instead of protein -> if you want a snack: prioritise eggs and tuna cottage cheese roast over a protein bar! (of course a protein bar form time to time won’t hurt!)

💦 drink plenty of water but also include fluid from foods (e.g. hot pot, tea, broth 😋)

🤍prioritise getting micronutrients such as iron, calcium, magnesium and vitamins from food where possible, rather than relying on supplements —> unless otherwise advised by your doctor or dietitian

⭐️ carbs before training -> training -> protein after training
