Take over your dining table and create your welcome table just the way you envision it. Snap a photo and send it to your coordinator! This simple step ensures that everything from your cake table to memorial displays is set up exactly how you want it, even when you can’t be there to oversee it. My brides and I love this method for a stress free experience!

A small gesture goes a long way, at Three Sparrows, our vendor bags have been a long standing tradition here, designed to support our busy vendors who often can’t take a break during fast paced events. Each bag is thoughtfully packed with a thank you card and quick snacks that are easy to grab.

I’ll never forget a wedding where the photographer was saying her brain and her mouth were not connecting, she was so dehydrated. Her second shooter remembered the vendor bag and gave her some Liquid IV, water, and cookies, and she said she instantly felt better. She was so thankful for the bag. This is just one reminder of why we continue to do these things for our vendors and how important a small gesture is.

🌟 With stunning views of @lorimarwinery in @cityoftemecula and a clear plan in place, we are set up for success! Pre-planning the wedding decor details is crucial for turning the bride’s vision into reality. A well organized setup makes all the difference! 💍✨

When each table has a designated box for setup, we can both be sure that everything the bride wanted is in place.

🤍Brides please take the time to create a box for each table using totes, banker’s boxes, or new moving boxes, anything that holds all the essentials in one spot!

An extra bonus🥰 is that each box included a water jug with enough water to fill each candle holder, which saved us time running around refilling. This setup allowed us to stay at each table and unpack everything efficiently! 💧✨
