The studios I personally love going to right now when I’m in the mood for a sweaty, sculpt-focused reformer/megaformer session. These are my favourites at the
moment:

@theconfidenceconcept_ controlled burn, good lighting, different style instructors (classic and more dynamic) background music. Bonus: they also do small group Mat classes.

@plts_studios a good beat driven reformer class always hits. 8 years in and I’m still obsessed. Their West studio infrared classes are next-level sweaty. Wearing @yogaya

@core40 Lagree, burns you in the best way. Everything is time under tension here so I go when I feel strong 😜 music is background.

@deroosvondelpark controlled reformer (and Mat!) Pilates and some classes have a dynamic twist, beautiful space, and the cutest café for post-class coffee/ fuel.

@pilat3sinternational (pictured: De Pijp), dynamic yet controlled. Three class styles so you can match your workout to your mood.

London studios I 🤍
1. @pilat3sinternational I am a little biased but clear structure dynamic classes and lovely space. This studio is @gymboxofficial
2 & 3 @heartcorelife obsessed with their dynamic Coreformer classes but they do a solid Mat class too
4 & 5 @you.rsstudio infrared sculpt & pilates classes; sweaty but if you like sculpt this is your place to be
6 & 7 @nobupilatesofficial classic and more dynamic-style classes, using multiple pieces of equipment in a fabulous + light environment
8 & 9 @enmeistudios lovely people & instructor- dark rooms are not my favourite but great Megaformer classes for sure by @evarietkerk

As most of you know, I am slightly obsessed with Pilates. What started as a hobby slowly turned into my work.

For the past years, @plts_studios was where I grew into that work. I was involved in many layers of the studio, from a new studio opening and team dynamics to instructor training and the overall experience people feel when they walk through the door. That was the time when I started looking beyond the workout itself and really fell in love with everything that makes a studio feel good.

Recently, I joined @pilat3sinternational as Operations and Training Lead. I support the opening of new Pilat3s studios and work closely with teams as they build and grow their studios.
