Leesthorpe Mosman ir 1902. gadā celta Queen Anne stila rezidence Sidnejā, kurā Mim Design ir meistarīgi apvienojuši vēsturisko raksturu ar laikmetīgu, skulpturālu piebūvi.

Oriģinālie ornamentētie griesti, kamīni, koka detaļas un logi satiekas ar izteiksmīgu akmeni, pulētu apmetumu, misiņu un dziļiem zilās un zaļās krāsas akcentiem. Mani īpaši uzrunā drosmīgā materiālu un mākslas darbu kombinācija - katra telpa ir vizuāli bagāta, tomēr saglabā mieru un eleganci.

Interjerā jūtama gaismas un materiālu spēle: pulēta apmetuma sienas atstaro gaismu, bet Brescijas teraco grīdas un Statuario Crystal virtuves sala piešķir telpai mirdzošu kvalitāti. Vēsturiskās daļas ir pārvērstas par noskaņotiem, tumšākos toņos ieturētiem atpūtas stūriem, kamēr jaunā piebūve ir gaiša, plūstoša un savienota ar skatu uz Sidnejas ostu un Harbour Bridge.

Kāpnes šeit kļūst par laiku slieksni - līkumota, lentveida forma savieno trīs stāvus, radot tiešu, augšup vērstu skatu pret pilsētu. Katrs stāvs un katra telpa ir savienota ar dabu - caur ainavu, dārzu un caur logiem ierautajiem skatiem.
