IFMA WORLD CHAMPION 2026 🏆

Team Finland brought home 3 golds, 1 silver and 1 bronze and was awarded best female team. 🇫🇮

Team Sweden earned gold medal and took home the award for best female fighter. 🇸🇪

So proud and happy for all the success we shared!

This championship means more to me than just these fights. It represents all the work, sacrifices, dedication and commitment and the fact that I have kept coming back after injuries, setbacks and difficult times. But its all been worth it.

I have faced some of the best in the world in these tournaments and had the chance to test my level against them. But most importantly I have been able to share this lifestyle with my friends and found a love that changed my life.

Big thanks to everyone who has been part of the journey. None of this would be possible without the support of my close ones, great coaches and teammates and my sponsors.

I am not at the beginning and I am not at the end. I’m still going strong.

Never stop the madness! And soon we go again. ❤️‍🔥 by @eveliinarau

A little recreational trip and some cake afterwards.

7 months, 7 competitions, four tournaments and medals in every color 🥇🥈🥉

Now couple of months of training and getting ready for the next fights. New year will bring new goals and new challenges but the same love and passion for muay thai.

Never stop the madness and soon we go again!

Eveliina Rauhansalo 👑 by @eveliinarau

Some of the toughest fights happen outside the ring.

Behind that what looks discipline, strength and the ability to keep going, there’s a side of me most people never see.

I’ve struggled with depression, generalized anxiety disorder, eating disorder and obsessive-compulsive personality disorder and ADHD traits. I’ve spent years working on my mental health through psychotherapy and have also been part of a mental coaching group for athletes.

I’ve learned to keep functioning, keep training and keep showing up even when things have been difficult on the inside.

But being functional doesn’t mean you’re not suffering. And looking happy, strong, or successful doesn’t mean you’re not struggling.

With this post I want to remind that mental health struggles don’t make you weak and you don’t have to look broken for your pain to be real.

Keep fighting. Even when no one sees it. 🖤

I’m always looking for ways to support my training and recovery. That’s where FSA fightfuel comes in. D3 vitamin for immune defence, creatine, beta alanine, cyclic dextrine and electrolytes to support performance and ZMA to help my recovery. -Eveliina Rauhansalo by @eveliinarau
