10 YEARS OF EVENTCARE.

What started as a tight group of friends with a van full of gear and big dreams…
turned into a 360° event agency creating experiences all over the world.

From carrying fences at 06:00 in the morning to building complete concepts from strategy to showtime.
From a crew company to a full-service creative and technical partner.

And honestly? We’re just getting warmed up.

This anniversary belongs to so many people.

To every crew member who helped lay the foundation.
To every client who trusted us with their ideas, their brands, their moments.
To the suppliers and partners who stood next to us, project after project.

And to all our employees and ex-employees - the real driving force behind everything we do. The long days. The late nights. The early load-ins. The last-minute fixes. The shared wins. You gave it your all. Always.

Over the past 10 years we’ve had the honour to work on projects that pushed us creatively and technically:

✨ Waterlicht at the United Nations NYC
☕ Almost 10 years of @amsterdamcoffeefestival
🏅 Olympics adventures with our client @welcometowink
🌴 Years of magic with @chasingthehihat for @lagolagofestival, Georgie’s and many more
🎶 Involved from day one with @vunzigedeuntjesfestival

And so many more beautiful collaborations.

It hasn’t always been easy. We’ve experienced real loss. We’ve faced a global shutdown that brought our entire industry to a pause. We’ve had moments where our team had to catch their breath because everyone gives 100% — every single time.

But through it all, we stayed connected.
We kept creating.
We kept showing up.

Stronger. Smarter. More focused.
Still hands-on. Still human.

10 years of growth.
10 years of trust.
10 years of building something we’re incredibly proud of.

Thank you for being part of our journey.

On to the next chapter. 🚀 by @eventcaregroup

🎶 🎶 Concert Of The Year 🎶 🎶

During the very first edition of @concertoftheyear , the audience experienced the highlights of 2024 in music, dance, and theater, performed by top artists who have reached significant milestones in their careers over the past year.

Accompanied by a grand symphony orchestra and framed by visuals of key global events and extraordinary achievements, we created something truly magical—bigger than we ever dared to dream.
And so, with great pride, we announce that this is the beginning of a tradition, and we’ll be back again next year! ✨

Eventcare was responsible for the set/stage design, light design and operating.

Great experiences don’t happen by accident.

They’re built through hundreds of small decisions long before the first guest arrives.

From challenging the first idea to preparing for the unexpected, these are six principles we believe make every project stronger.
Save this for your next project.

THE WHEEL, COPENHAGEN 💥

A new force on the Copenhagen electronic scene, pushing boundaries where sound, light, and crowd move in sync.

For @the.wheel.cph we took cafe of the full scenography, set design and light design, creating an atmosphere that felt as powerful visually as it did sonically. A true experience that stays with you long after the last beat fades.🖤
