Event Network Asia presents a talk on "The Resurgence of Asia’s Club and Electronic Music Scene". Get ready for an exciting evening of discussions, insights and industry networking, as Event Network Asia hosts a dynamic networking event. Join us on Wednesday, September 20th, 2023, as we explore "The Resurgence of Asia’s Club and Electronic Music Scene."

The event will unfold at Padre, a vibrant venue in Central, Hong Kong, known for its lively atmosphere and prime location. Tailored for professionals in the hospitality, event, and entertainment sectors, this gathering offers a unique opportunity to uncover the driving factors behind the resurgence of Asia's electronic music and club culture.

Event Details:
- Topic: The Resurgence of Asia’s Club and Electronic Music Scene
- Date: September 20th, 2023 (Wednesday)
- Time: 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- Talk will be in English

Agenda:
- 6:00 PM - Networking
- 6:30 PM - Talk
- 7:30 PM – Networking

Admission: Advance Tickets at HK$100 including 1 standard drink - The choice of Red Wine (De Grendel Merlot), White Wine (Azevedo Loureiro Alvarinho), Prosecco (Borgo Imperiale), House Spirits (Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Rum or Whisky) or Bottle Beer (Peroni).

The highlight of the evening will be an insightful conversation about the ‘resurgence of Asia’s electronic music and club culture scene between Mixmag Asia’s Arun Ramanathan and Entertaining Asia’s Nick Willsher. Beyond an impressive DJ career that he’s grown out of Hong Kong and Asia, Arun is the Director of Mixmag Asia, where he plays a vital role in elevating awareness of the regional music scene. Expect to hear a broad range of topics covered from how new communities are shaping the future of dancefloors, why club and festival landscapes are growing and changing, and the rise of Asian artists around the global dance music circuit. Do we blame or thank YouTube? What should it mean for an artist in Asia to ‘make it’? Do you have questions about your DJ career? Are you curious about Hong Kong’s role in the regional dance scene?

Moderator:
- Nick Willsher, Managing Director of Entertaining Asia
