A peek back at an early October 2024 lakeside wedding we had the pleasure and honor of assisting with.

If you are considering an outdoor event, the right tenting and rental selections truly enhance the gorgeous scenery around you 🌲☀️🌺🌛

Pretty is easy to love. Personal is what makes it memorable. 🤍

The best weddings aren’t built around checking every box or recreating something you saved on Pinterest.

They’re built around you.

The flowers you’ve always loved. The cocktail that means something. The tiny nod to your story that half the room might not even notice. The details your guests see and immediately say, “This is so them.”

That’s the kind of wedding we want to create.

Beautiful, yes. But unmistakably yours.

Jenny, David and all the kids! What a beautiful love story of two families coming together!❤️
The day started with the ceremony at #Schweitzer, the smoke rolled away and blue skies peaked through! The reception at one of the most beautiful Lake houses on Lake PendOreille, followed by a surprise flash dance by the family! Such an epic time was had by all!
Jenny and David thank you so much for letting me be part of your day and building towards your future journey! Clients like you are a dream!❤️ taken in Sandpoint, Idaho by @eventrentswa

Katie & Braden's Arbor Crest wedding was nothing short of magical. Perched above Spokane with sweeping views of the valley, Arbor Crest Wine Cellars provided the most stunning backdrop for a day that felt elegant, romantic, and completely them.

From the moment the day began, every detail came together beautifully—from the thoughtful design elements to the emotional moments shared with their closest family and friends. Their wedding was a perfect balance of timeless elegance, natural beauty, and the joy that comes from celebrating a couple so deeply loved.

As their wedding planner, we had the honor of bringing their vision to life while managing the behind-the-scenes details that make a wedding day flow seamlessly. From vendor communication and timeline creation to coordinating logistics and ensuring every detail was in place, our goal was to give Katie & Braden the freedom to fully experience their wedding day.

Because the best moments happen when you aren't worrying about what comes next. As the bride & groom, you’re soaking in the laughter, the happy tears, the hugs, and the memories you'll carry forever.

Katie & Braden, thank you for trusting Everlasting Events to be part of such an incredible chapter in your love story. It was an absolute joy to help create a day that was as beautiful, intentional, and unforgettable as the two of you.

Cheers to a lifetime of love, adventure, and countless sunsets together. 🥂
