The people who believed in you before the world did... deserve to be celebrated the most. Before the milestones... Before the growth... Before the beautiful events and unforgettable celebrations... There were the day ones. The ones who shared your posts when nobody was watching. The ones who referred your name before you had a long list of reviews. The ones who encouraged you after the setbacks. The ones who reminded you why you started when you wanted to quit. Success is never built alone. Behind every growing business is a community of people who chose to believe before there was proof. At Nova 25, we don’t take that for granted. To every client, friend, family member, vendor, and supporter who has been with us from the beginning... Thank you. Your encouragement, your trust, and your unwavering support have become part of our story. As we continue to grow, we’ll never forget the people who helped lay the foundation. Because loyalty should always be remembered. And gratitude never goes out of style. ✨ Save this as a reminder to celebrate the people who believed in your dream. 🤍 Tag someone who’s been there since day one and let them know how much they mean to you. 📍Follow @nova25venue for stories about entrepreneurship, legacy, and building something that lasts. #AtlantaWeddingPlanner #Nova25Venue #Gratitude #EntrepreneurJourney #LegacyBuilding by @events_by_nova
❤️ The Little Things You Do... Mean More Than You Know. People often see the flowers. The tables. The candles. The photos. But what stays with me long after the event is over... ...is you. It’s the hug before you leave. The text message saying, “Everything was perfect.” The review you took five minutes to write. The referral you sent without me ever asking. The moment you introduce me to someone and say, “This is the person who made it all come together.” Those moments remind me that this work is about so much more than designing beautiful events. It’s about building trust. Creating memories. And becoming a small part of one of the biggest days in someone’s life. To every client who has trusted me with your vision... Thank you. I don’t take it for granted. Not for one second. 👇 Book your venue tour today. Link in bio. 📍Question: What’s something thoughtful that someone has done for you that you’ve never forgotten? The advice that changed everything had nothing to do with making more money. It was this: Take care of people, and the business will take care of itself. In an industry where it’s easy to chase trends, followers, and the next booking, we’ve learned that the greatest investment is the experience you create. Every email answered with care. Every detail thoughtfully planned. Every client who leaves feeling seen, valued, and celebrated. That’s the kind of reputation money can’t buy. At Nova 25, we aren’t just creating beautiful events. We’re building trust. We’re creating memories. We’re serving people during some of the most meaningful moments of their lives. Because businesses built on transactions come and go. Businesses built on relationships become legacy brands. ✨ Save this if you’re building a business with purpose. 🤍 Tag an entrepreneur who leads with service instead of shortcuts. 📍Follow @nova25venue for real conversations about entrepreneurship, hospitality, and building a luxury brand with intention. #AtlantaWeddingPlanner #Nova25Venue #EntrepreneurMindset #LuxuryEvents #BusinessGrowth by @events_by_nova
We Just Met... Let’s Get to Know Each Other First. One of the very first messages I receive is usually...“Hi! Can you send me your pricing?” And trust me—I completely understand why. When you’re planning an event, you’re trying to gather information and stay within a budget. But here’s what I’ve learned... Choosing a venue or an event designer isn’t like shopping for a pair of shoes. Every couple has a different vision. Every celebration has different priorities. Every guest count, design style, timeline, and experience is unique. That’s why I love starting with a conversation and a venue tour. It gives me the opportunity to understand what matters most to you, answer your questions, and show you what’s actually possible before we ever start talking numbers. Because the goal isn’t simply to book a venue. The goal is to create an experience that feels like it was designed specifically for you. And that’s a conversation worth having. 👇 Book your venue tour today. Link in bio. Question: When you’re searching for a wedding venue, what’s the first thing you look for—price, location, style, guest capacity, or the overall experience? Tell me below! 👇 #Nova25 #EventsByNova #AtlantaWeddingPlanner #AtlantaWeddingDesigner #WeddingVenueTour by @events_by_nova
😂 Tell Me You’re an Entrepreneur Without Telling Me You’re an Entrepreneur... One thing about me... When I’m locked in... I’m LOCKED IN. I’ll start designing... Answer a few emails... Move a few tables... Change a floor plan... Rearrange florals... Solve three problems... Start another project... Look up... And realize it’s somehow 8:30 PM. 😭😂 Then somebody says... “Hey... are we eating today?” And I’m genuinely confused because I forgot that time has been moving. 🤦🏽‍♀️ If you’ve ever built something you truly care about, you know the feeling. When you’re passionate about your work, the hours disappear. The challenge is remembering that while the vision deserves your best... So do you. So here’s your reminder (and mine): ✨ Drink some water. ✨ Eat something besides snacks. ✨ Take a break. ✨ Get some sleep. Because the dream still needs a healthy version of you to bring it to life. Now excuse me while I go find the meal I accidentally skipped. 😂 👇 Book your venue tour today. Link in bio. Question: 😂 What’s the longest you’ve ever gone without realizing you hadn’t eaten because you were so focused? Be honest... I know I’m not the only one! #Nova25 #EventsByNova #AtlantaWeddingPlanner #AtlantaWeddingDesigner #EntrepreneurLife by @events_by_nova
The highlight reel is beautiful. The behind-the-scenes is where businesses are built. People see the finished weddings. They don’t see the late nights answering emails after everyone else has gone to bed. They don’t see the weekends sacrificed, the countless revisions, the unexpected challenges, or the pressure of making someone’s biggest day absolutely perfect. Entrepreneurship isn’t glamorous every day. It’s consistency when no one is watching. It’s choosing excellence when shortcuts would be easier. It’s believing in your vision long before everyone else does. Every celebration we create at Nova 25 represents more than beautiful décor. It represents faith, perseverance, and a commitment to serving our clients with excellence—every single time. Because the part nobody sees... is often the part that matters most. ✨ Save this if you’re building something bigger than yourself. 🤍 Tag an entrepreneur who needs this reminder today. 📍Follow @nova25venue for the real journey behind building a luxury wedding and event brand. #AtlantaWeddingPlanner #EntrepreneurJourney #Nova25Venue #WomenInBusiness #BuildInPublic by @events_by_nova
Hot Take: It’s Not a Deposit... It’s a Retainer. Here’s Why. Let’s clear up one of the biggest misconceptions in the event industry. When you book a professional event designer, venue, photographer, or creative partner... You’re not simply paying someone to “hold a date.” You’re securing their time. Their expertise. Their planning. Their preparation. Their creativity. And their commitment to your event. That’s why many professionals use the term retainer instead of deposit. A deposit is often associated with a payment that’s applied toward something and, in some cases, may be refundable depending on the agreement. A retainer is different. It reserves your event date on our calendar and compensates us for turning away other opportunities while we begin working behind the scenes—long before your event day arrives. The planning doesn’t start when your guests walk through the doors. It starts the moment you say... “We’re ready to book.” That’s why language matters. It helps set clear expectations and reflects the professionalism of the experience you’re investing in. Whether you book with Nova 25 or another event professional, always take time to read your agreement and understand exactly what your retainer includes. An informed client is a confident client. 👇 Book your venue tour today. Link in bio. Question: Before reading this, did you know there was a difference between a deposit and a retainer? Every beautiful story has a chapter most people never see. The setbacks. The disappointments. The closed doors. The moments you questioned whether to keep going. Those chapters aren’t signs that you’re failing. They’re proof that you’re becoming. Every obstacle teaches resilience. Every delay builds character. Every challenge prepares you for opportunities you couldn’t have handled before. The truth is... The strongest people aren’t the ones who never struggle. They’re the ones who decide that struggle won’t have the final word. At @nova25venue we’ve learned that the most meaningful things are rarely built overnight. Beautiful venues. Successful businesses. Healthy marriages. Lasting legacies. They all require faith, perseverance, and the courage to keep showing up—even when the outcome isn’t guaranteed. Because one day you’ll look back and realize the adversity wasn’t standing in your way. It was preparing your way. ✨ Save this for the days when the journey feels heavier than the dream. 🤍 Tag someone who needs a reminder that their story isn’t over yet. 📍Follow @nova25venue for conversations about entrepreneurship, purpose, and building a legacy that’s bigger than success. #AtlantaWeddingPlanner #Nova25Venue #EntrepreneurJourney #LegacyBuilding #KeepGoing by @events_by_nova
“You Don’t Need an Event Designer...” ...Until You See the Difference. One of the biggest things I hear is... “We don’t really need an event designer.” And honestly... You might be right. You don’t need one to have an event. But if you want an event that feels intentional... If you want your vision organized instead of overwhelming... If you want someone thinking about the guest experience, the flow, the layout, the lighting, the colors, and all of the little details most people don’t even realize matter... That’s where an event designer comes in. My job isn’t just to make a room look beautiful. My job is to help create an atmosphere. To make sure your guests walk in and instantly feel something. To make sure your vision isn’t just imagined... It’s experienced. Whether you choose to work with me or another talented designer, I truly believe every couple deserves someone who can help bring clarity, creativity, and confidence to one of the biggest days of their lives. Because beautiful events don’t happen by accident. They’re designed with purpose. 👇 Book your venue tour today. Link in bio. @nova25venue Question: Before today, what did you think an event designer actually did? I’d love to hear your answer! 👇 #Nova25 #EventsByNova #AtlantaWeddingPlanner #AtlantaWeddingDesigner #WeddingInspiration by @events_by_nova
Pinterest sold a dream. Luxury creates an experience. One of the biggest myths in the wedding industry is that luxury is about spending more. It isn’t. Luxury isn’t a $20,000 floral budget. Luxury isn’t copying a Pinterest board. Luxury isn’t filling every corner with décor. Luxury is walking into a room and feeling something before anyone says a word. It’s intentional design. It’s balance. It’s lighting. It’s layering. It’s the guest experience. It’s creating a celebration that feels effortless, timeless, and unmistakably you. Pinterest is a great place to gather inspiration. But your wedding deserves more than a collection of saved photos. It deserves a design that tells your story. ✨ Save this for your wedding planning journey. 💍 Tag a bride who needs to hear this before booking her décor. 📍Follow @nova25venue for luxury wedding inspiration, design education, and timeless event ideas. #AtlantaWeddingPlanner #Nova25Venue #LuxuryWeddingDesign #WeddingInspiration #GeorgiaWeddings by @events_by_nova
✨ Tell Me You’re a Creative Without Telling Me You’re a Creative... 😂 You know that moment when you’re finally in bed... The lights are off. You’re comfortable. You’re this close to falling asleep... And then... 💡 An idea shows up. A new reception layout. A better color combination. A floral concept. A ceremony setup. A completely different way to transform the room. And suddenly your brain says... “We should probably get up and write this down.” 😅 That’s the part people don’t always see. The creativity doesn’t clock out at 5 PM. Sometimes the best ideas happen in the middle of the night, while driving home, or in the quiet moments when no one else is around. As exhausting as it can be... I wouldn’t trade it. Because those late-night ideas often become the moments my clients remember forever. That’s the beautiful (and slightly chaotic 😂) part of loving what you do. 👇 Book your venue tour today.
