What does a coordinator even do?

It’s easier for us to answer what we don’t do…

From setting up centerpieces to delivering you drinks to bustling (and re-bustling) your dress…we’re here for it all. Our goal is to make sure hiring a coordinator feels like the best decision you made for your wedding day.

This is what it means to be part of the DRIFTWOOD TEAM 🤍

While I was in the hospital, our team was out there making wedding days happen. Every timeline, every detail, every couple cared for 🥹

When you hire Driftwood, you’re not just hiring a planner. You’re hiring a team that shows up for you, for each other, and for every detail in between.

This year reminded me that what we’ve built is bigger than one person. It’s a team of incredible women who have each other’s backs, step up when it matters most, and make sure our couples never miss a beat.

Beyond thankful for the best team! 🤍

Because the wedding day you’ve been dreaming of should end on the dance floor, NOT elbows deep in trash bags & dishes 💅🏻

The beauty of the Driftwood team? You’re never relying on just one plan OR one person ✨

With multiple planners at every wedding, we can thoughtfully divide and conquer. Even if it means one lead for rehearsal, another for wedding day, & always a trusted backup behind the scenes.

Because seamless celebrations are built on thoughtful preparation, flexibility, & a team that has every detail covered 🤍
