Three weeks ago, our incredible clients decided to shift gears and put Top That Table in the driver’s seat to bring Wyatt’s Bar Mitzvah across the finish line! 🏁✨ Through the collaboration of an extraordinary team of talented vendors, we turned a dream into reality and created a celebration to remember. When amazing teams come together, magic happens! 🤍🏎️ #barmitzvah #ralphlauren #wealwaystopthat #florist by @eventsandbeyondmi

Come with us behind the scenes as our team brings this extravagant wedding to life. 💞 From floral installation and perfectly pressed linens to the final place settings, specialty lighting, and all those little details that make the room feel just right. This is the part you don’t always see, the hours of work that go into making everything feel effortless once the doors open. And honestly? The final reveal speaks for itself. ✨ Captured & created by @sproutscontent Planner: @beautifuldayplanning_ Lighting & draping: @eventsandbeyondmi Custom floor wrap: @detroit_vinyl_wraps Linen & chairs: @linenhero Glassware & custom bar: @eventtheorymi Custom lounge: @modernlyevents Catering: @fortebelanger Cake: @arnolds_cakes Photobooth: @mammothparty by @eventsandbeyondmi

Hundreds of people. Countless moving pieces. Rentals from Chicago, Florida & New York. Shipping delays. Postponed flights. Missing inventory. Custom builds. And a whole lot of “we’ll figure it out.” Because behind every seamless wedding is a process that rarely is. You may see the magic. We handle the chaos. 🤍 Event planning & design & reel - @twelve24events Venue - @departmentevents Floral - @stemeventdesign Catering - @fortebelanger Day of MNGT - @redcoatladies Photographer - @camilaurreaa Videographer - Dennis Mulyar @thefilmhouseweddings Entertainment: DJ - @vikassapra @4amnyc SAX - @friedblues Percussionist - @jaredsykes Ceremony & cocktail hour music - @midtownstrings Pre-ceremony Harp player - Kiernan O’Mara Cake - @homebakeryroch Vegan cake - @botanical_bakeshop Rentals - @luxeeventrentals Linens - @nuagedesignsinc Napkin linens - Reverie Cocktail paper napkins + guest towels - @cartoleria.design Menus + Table Numbers - @allegraprintingsouthfield Custom Builds - @prop9studio Invitations - @leespaperie Makeup - Todd’s Room Ice sculpture - @finesseicemi Sushi station - @monjinlau Dinnerware - @differentlookrentals Bus shuttles - @dreamlimousinesinc Photo booth - @roamboothandbar Lighting + Sound - @Encore Bearcom Flooring - Mike, MB Quality Flooring Chairs - @atlaseventrental Dance floor wraps - @detroit_vinyl_wraps Drape & ceiling - @eventsandbeyondmi Glassware and back bars - @eventtheorymi Dance floor - @bandaydeventsgroup Reception stage - Imperial Staging Labor - @continentalserves Photos in the gardens - @cranbrookhouseandgardens Rehearsal dinner/ welcome reception – RH Birmingham by @eventsandbeyondmi
