Hello my name is Brenda 😊 I help busy parents create a fun party experience. I specialize in event decor with custom packages available. I also create teepee setups for slumber party’s, picnics and pool side lounging. I don’t mind being referred to as the teepee lady. I’m sure I’ve been called worse 😂

I also can help you setup your dining tables. Turning your table from a plain white table to a beautiful table with decor complete with dinnerware. I love helping turn celebrations into lifetime memories. I have customized options available to fit your vision and budget. If I have what you need I also have a DIY option or rent want what you need.

Where tea is shared among friends, imaginations take flight, and ordinary spaces become magical.

We love seeing the backyard of a home transformed into the setting for laughter, stories, and memories that linger long after the party ends. Because magic doesn’t require a castle—it simply needs the right people gathered around the table.

Ready to create your own unforgettable moment? We’d love to bring it to life. Please share, like or leave a comment 🤍

Some things you never think you need... until you're in it.

Coordinating a Celebration of Life while you're grieving is overwhelming. You should be allowed to just breathe, to be with your family, to share stories — not answer questions and chase vendors.

I created Day-of Coordination for Celebrations of Life with Events by BM for exactly this reason.

I will:
• Hold space so you can be present with loved ones
• Be the point person for guests & vendors
• Manage setup and all the small details
• Quietly solve any issues that arise

You focus on honoring their beautiful life. I’ll handle the rest.

We recently had the honor of setting up and serving 200 guests for a Celebration of Life.

A Celebration of Life honors a person’s life and achievements rather than focusing on the mourning. Unlike traditional funerals, it highlights the deceased’s passions, relationships, and joy they brought to others.

This beautiful family chose meaningful personal touches like serving his favorite food, drinks and music.

We were not just managing an event, we were holding space for grief in tending to the behind the scenes necessity while the family was able to honor their loved one.
