Hello Loves! ✨ Let me reintroduce myself...

I’m the face behind EventSpell.🤍

Believe it or not, I started my career as a scientist.

People always ask me if those two careers have anything in common.

My answer?

More than you’d think.

Weddings are basically one giant experiment...

...with 40+ vendors,
400 guests,
multiple cultures and traditions,
a dozen moving timelines,
countless personalities,
unpredictable weather,
last-minute changes...

and absolutely zero room for error. 😂

The hypothesis?
Create the most unforgettable day of someone’s life.

The variables?
Pretty much everything.

The methodology?
Months of planning.
Hundreds of emails.
Design meetings.
Site visits.
Production schedules.
Floor plans.
Backup plans for the backup plans.

The data?

Smiles that don’t stop.
Dance floors that stay full.
A celebration that feels effortless.

That’s the result we’re always working towards.

My science career taught me to be analytical, organized, and to solve problems methodically.

Wedding planning taught me that while not everything can be controlled, everything can be prepared for.

Today, I get to combine both worlds—precision and creativity, logistics and design, planning and emotion.

I may have left the lab, but I never left behind my love for creating something meaningful.

And honestly?

Best experiment I’ve ever run.

Welcome to EventSpell. 🤍

A destination Haldi at the Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina, and this was only the beginning.

Peonies and colorful blooms, turmeric, and everyone they love in one place. The Haldi is one of the most joyful moments in a South Asian wedding, the celebration before the celebrations officially begin.

Four more events to go. This one set the tone for all of them.

Some spaces don’t need to be transformed — they simply need to be understood. 🌿

For this intimate Grah Shanti at our client’s home, we took inspiration from what was already there — the architecture, the beautiful courtyard, the backyard, and the natural aesthetic of the space.

With our client’s vision at the heart of the design, we chose a minimal approach — thoughtfully layering in details that felt intentional, refined, and completely at home within the surroundings.

Because beautiful design isn’t always about adding more. Sometimes, it’s about knowing exactly what to add — and what to leave untouched.

A celebration designed to complement the home, not compete with it. 🤍✨

Because “too many flowers” isn’t in our vocabulary. 💃✨ Rich jewel tones, crisp white vinyl, and a vineyard view that understood the assignment. Who’s ready to walk down this aisle?
